Always carry appointment letter, increment letter of your current company and salary slips of last 3 months with you when you appear for an interview.

You must be well aware about the venue of the interview. If you are not sure about the location, take the information from internet or other sources & reach the venue before time.

Arrive on Time for the Interview -- and Prepared for Success. Punctuality is a subtle clue about attitude and behaviour. Arrive 15 to 30 minutes early.

Take care of presentation, first impression, positive or negative, dramatically affect the ultimate evaluation.

Smile and say hello to everyone.  A positive reaction from the support staff is an important factor in the evaluation.

High self-esteem and self-confidence are the hallmarks of the successful individual.  With confidence, be able to demonstrate how you have overcome obstacles. There’s nothing wrong with feeling good about yourself.

Practice your responses to all the typical questions.

Communication is the key to successful interviewing. Communicate professionaly.

Stay alert during the job interview. Maintain good eye contact.  Sit forward in your chair.

Follow proper interview etiquette.

Ask questions, few strategic questions can demonstrate your intelligence, analytical skills and assertiveness.

Don’t bad mouth previous positions, companies or employers.
